My experience living at Lenox Gates has been hassle-free and wonderful. The gate is always closed after dark, all the parking is right next to the buildings themselves, and the parking lots are very well lit. I feel so much safer here than at my old complex. The staff is great, friendly, and always willing to help. My a/c went out on a Sunday. After calling the emergency maintenance number, someone was here working on it within 15 minutes and within 45 minutes, it was fixed!
